- Location: Indoor Arena at Old Orchard Farm, 12386 First Line Nassagaweya, Moffat, Ontario.
- Date & Time: Sunday December 1st. Set up at 2:00PM, Sale Starts at 2:30PM and ends at 6:00PM.
- Parking: Please park in the lower sand ring off the left side of the driveway (follow signs).
- Rent Vendor Table & Chair: $30
- Bring Your Own Vendor Table & Chair: $15
- Payment: Vendors Please send payment to payments@oldorchardfarm.ca and include your Name & “Tack Swap” in the comments section.
- Remember to bring a float and have all items priced and labelled.
- Snack Bar on site (Chili, Hot Drinks, Snacks)
- The arena is not heated, so dress appropriately.
- Vendors – Feel Free to Post a Sneak Peak of what you will be bringing in the discussion page and tell all your friends to come and shop!
