SUMMER RIDING CAMP

Camp includes:

  • a minimum of one hour riding per day, with instruction
  • lessons and hands-on experience in stable management
  • interactive lectures
  • a student workbook
  • afternoon swims
  • field trips

 

Horsemanship:

  • grooming
  • horse care
  • safety for both rider and mount
  • introduction to first aid

 

What to bring:

  • picnic lunch - don't forget to drink lots of water throughout the day
  • sunscreen
  • footware with a heel appropriate for riding
  • rubber boots
  • extra clothing - it is best to dress in layers
  • hat
  • swim suit and towel

 

Hours:             9:00am to 4:30pm

Cost:             Early Registration $300+ $39 HST = $339.00
                   After June 15, 2012  $325+ $42.25 HST = $367.25
